I was born in West Seattle, graduated from the University Of Washington, have lived in many local neighborhoods, and have been a real estate agent with Windermere since 2002.

My sales and customer service background spans over 20 years, 11 being with Nordstrom. Taking care of the customer's needs are both Windermere's and my top priority. I am here to listen, inform, guide, and follow-through in a timely manner. Management experience enables me to efficiently coordinate transactions and I have enjoyed teaching first time homebuyer seminars.

There are many steps in the home buying and selling process. I personally experienced ordeals before I became a real estate agent so strive to protect my clients from pitfalls as I help navigate you through the process. I have many stories begining with my first fixer that needed extensive remodeling (flooded two weeks after I purchased), to custom new construction in the suburbs (structured incorrectly and out of code by the builder), to condominium living (assessments!), to condo conversion, townhome (my favorite), a multi-family property (helps pay your mortgage), and self managing rentals (lots of work). I've learned a great deal from these experiences so I can empathize with and anticipate your concerns.
